West Coast Region
Regional Vice PresidenT
Paul oversees all of the western regional sites, including the Bay Area, Fresno, San Diego, Los Angeles, and our camp near Lancaster. He graduated from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in Mill Valley, California, and is an ordained Southern Baptist minister. After working as an accountant for several years, he began to feel God burdening his heart for the urban poor. He desires for them to understand the value of knowing Christ, and the value they have in Christ.

Michelle began her journey with World Impact-Chester Ministry in 1999 near Philadelphia, upon completing her final semester of college in Cairo, Egypt. She originally started as the girls’ volleyball coach after being transferred to the Los Angeles region. In 2005, she became the Principal in both the elementary and middle schools. She was then named Executive Director of Operations for the Western Region of World Impact in August of 2013.

Carter handles all design, video, web and marketing related media for the West Coast. He also does some national work for World Impact. He received his training at University of Oregon's School of Journalism and Pasadena's Art Center College of Design. Carter first learned about World Impact while on a missions trip to Skid Row Los Angeles. He and 6 other friends went to film a documentary about homelessness and caring for the poor. While on the streets, they met Bob Engel, (a long time missionary at World Impact), and the rest is history!
