San Diego Staff
Rich is the director of World Impact San Diego, and TUMI San Diego. Upon graduating Westmont College with a BA in Sociology, Rich joined World Impact. While serving in Wichita, he met and married his wife, Karin. Following Wichita, they moved to Chester, PA., where they planted churches and Rich also served as interim director. Rich, Karin and their family moved to Dallas in 1998 to continue church planting. In 2002, they relocated to San Diego to start The Urban Ministry Institute of San Diego (TUMISD).
Lydia is World Impact's Administrator for our San Diego's site. She and her Husband Nate joined World Impact in 2012 after they graduated from Taylor University. They served at Harmony Heart Camp as Program Directors until the Fall of 2013 when they moved to San Diego. They contribute to our San Diego team by networking and representing Christ within the Refugee community in San Diego.
