2019 Men’s Retreat FAQ's

Q. When should we plan to arrive and depart?

Registration will begin at 4pm and the conference closes after lunch on Sunday around 1 pm.


Q. What are the housing arrangements?

The Oaks has two different style sleeping arrangements:

Cabins - Cabins vary in size and bathroom accommodations. If a cabin is your preferred option, you will need to bring your own bedding and towels.

Lodges - Each room has one bunk bed, a single bed and one queen bed. A private bathroom with towels and linens are provided.  


Q. What meals are provided?

5 buffet-style meals, Saturday Breakfast through Sunday Lunch


Q. What activities will there be to do?

Laser Tag*, Paintball*, Hiking, Basketball tournament, Archery, Outdoor sports, Disc Golf, Horseshoes and more!
*extra cost


Q. Do I have to pay extra for activities?

The activities that cost extra are…
Paintball- $20/person
Lasertag- $10/person


Q. Will there be merchandise available for purchase?

Yes, there will be TUMI materials to purchase as well as The Oaks products from the camp store.


Q. When is the deadline to cancel registration? What is the refund policy?

 25% refund if canceled within 30 days of event.


Q. Can I bring my kids to this event?

The event really isn’t designed for anyone under 13. We won’t have any separate activities for the kids, and you’ll want to be focused on learning, networking and retreating.


Q. Can I register when I get there?

If we are not fully booked, yes. You are definitely better off by letting us know you are coming ahead of time.
