2019 Women’s Retreat FAQ's
Q. When should we plan to arrive and depart?
Registration will begin at 4pm on Friday and the conference closes after the last session on Sunday around noon.
Q. What are the housing arrangements?
The Oaks has two different styles of sleeping arrangements.
Cabins - cabins vary in size and bathroom accommodations. If a cabin is your preferred option, you will need to bring your own bedding and towels.
Lodges - Each room has one bunk bed, one single bed and one queen bed. A private bathroom with towels and linens are provided.
Q. What meals are provided?
5 buffet-style meals, dinner Friday through breakfast Sunday
Q. What activities will there be to do?
Q. Will there be merchandise available for purchase?
Yes, there will be TUMI materials to purchase as well as "The Oaks" products from the camp store.
Q. When is the deadline to cancel registration? What is the refund policy?
There is a 25% refund if canceled within 30 days of event.
Q. Can I bring my kids to this event?
The event really isn’t designed for anyone under 13. We won’t have any separate activities for the kids, and you’ll want to be focused on learning, networking and retreating.
Q. Can I register when I get there?
If we are not fully booked, yes. You are definitely better off letting us know you are coming ahead of time.
